Whoever is operating this facility lacks real experience. Good thing I did not go to her from just one conversation she confirmed her inexperience and lack of understanding. If you are not willing to learn and comprehend English, you should not be in America where English speakers are reside. I let her know about the concern areas/organs of concern that my doctor has informed of and she told me I should go to my doctor. How? why? They dont do acupuncture. Highly recommend. To help mitigate any pains, i have now added her acupuncture and herbal medicine into my monthly self care routine. She’s genuinely interested in finding a solution for you and I love that the Chinese herbal medicine is catered to my needs.
I do not recommend Ella Xu at Nature Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic. During my first appointment, I provided Ella with my full health history, including a prior Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) with associated neurological and speech issues. Despite this, she placed a needle near my right wrist—an area densely packed with nerves—which caused immediate surging pain.
