I ordered a case each of two different items. One came in a week. It’s been 5 weeks trying to check on the other item which already was billed to my credit card. The email listed on the e receipt is not valid. No response from the order address. Three phone messages with no return call. Update I finally got through using the instant chat and was promptly taken care of with an apology and a credit.
