If I could leave 0 star, I would. Stay away from this place. She gets you with fake advertisements. She says the extensions were slavic hair, but the hair is from Asia, synthetic and not human hair as she advertised. The hair shed and matted, like I’ve never seen before. She also used excessive glue and was almost impossible to take out. Even with all the necessary products and proper maintenance, the hair kept shading. I am incredibly disappointed . My teammate was explicitly told that there would be no sales or discounts available on the website. They left us no choice but to purchase in store for 2 products totalling 500$ However, the very next day, sales were announced, which feels misleading and dishonest.
