Beautiful products. I emailed to add something to my order and it was added, so impressed, and while they were moving as well!

Products are pretty good, but as many people on here have stated, the customer service is not. I've emailed them twice to ask if their "spotless" serum contains L-ascorbic acid (the stable form of vitamin C), or regular ascorbic acid - and they won't reply.
I'm giving this company a 5 star review for the excellent customer service I received. I had emailed them to discuss a particular concern, got a reply and solution the very next day. Plus I do enjoy discovering their products and supporting local entrepreneurs.
Amazing company. My whole family absolutely loves there products! 5 stars
