Always professional and outstanding service !
This was my one and only visit. Clean parts but the front of my hair untwisting (from the root) and it hasn’t even been 3 days. Rope twist but they are twisted the wrong way and untwisting themselves even with the rubber band at the end. Late, didn’t apologize, didn’t introduce her self, I have no idea what this lady’s name is but I guess it doesn’t matter since I won’t be returning. I had an excellent first visit with Dee. Was very pleased with the outcome. My hair feels light and clean. She gave me good tips on how to get my hair back healthy again. While vibing to some great music. I will definitely return to her in 4 weeks.
I brought my 12 year old in for some genuine locs. Thorough and beautiful job, and very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
Unprofessional and lacks good customer service. The last time I went for a retwist, Dee asked if it was okay if another one of her clients (who just exited the bathroom) could take the pins out of my hair for me. What!? The time before that, Dee was 40 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and did not offer anything to make it right. No complimentary style, no 10% off next time, nothing...just acted like nothing happened. Look elsewhere. Go somewhere that knows how to treat the clients.
