If I could give 0 stars I would! Kathy is very unprofessional!! I don’t care how good her work may be, she doesn’t have any customer service and communication skills. I drove out of town for my appointment and she basically had excuses the whole time on why she couldn’t do my hair but after about 2 and a half hours, I find out the reason is because she was trying to squeeze in her friend for an appointment. She wanted me to wait until 5:30/6pm when estimated to be finished her friend’s hair before she would take me. Then had... read more

I have done hair with her several times she was always professional. Well inform with treating my hair. She even give me her hair oil treatment which has done wonders with my hair growth. She is always accommodating with rescheduling my appointments. She is an awesome person overall. I have recommended her to several people as well.
I love the way she did my her it was excellent.
