This was by far the worst experience I've endured!! Negative stars should've been an option. The stylist is very unprofessional, and waste alot of your time. I made an appt in April for June. Starting on April 24, I asked via text multiple times what type of hair was needed for my appt. I never received a direct response. A month later I purchased hair I thought was fine to to use, sent another text including the pictures of the hair 4 days prior to my appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would! Kathy is very unprofessional!! I don’t care how good her work may be, she doesn’t have any customer service and communication skills. I drove out of town for my appointment and she basically had excuses the whole time on why she couldn’t do my hair but after about 2 and a half hours, I find out the reason is because she was trying to squeeze in her friend for an appointment. 👎👎👎 piss poor service, work ethic and overall lacks people skills!
I have done hair with her several times she was always professional. Well inform with treating my hair. She even give me her hair oil treatment which has done wonders with my hair growth. She is always accommodating with rescheduling my appointments. She is an awesome person overall. I have recommended her to several people as well.
