Tried calling to make an appointment, no one picked up the phone. I drove to their salon. A stylist asked what I needed - I said a simple manicure, she replied that she unfortunately didn’t have time because her next client was coming in 40 minutes. I asked if I could make an appointment online or call - she said “no, we do not take new clients at this time”. Sounds like she could have started with that! English is my second language, maybe something was lost in translation, but I felt I didn’t pass their “face control” haha
Always clean, running on time, very talented nail artists. Highly recommend
