Had my second Indian Head Massage with Jasmine yesterday. She is amazing! I’ve been suffering with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and Jasmine really took the time to understand my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and was able to work to loosen the tension in my neck and traps, while ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I’ve realised this is a treatment that I need regularly and will be booking my next monthly appointment soon.

Gorgeous massage with Jasmine, she was so friendly and professional, asking questions pre-massage to make sure it was tailored to my specific needs. I felt very relaxed and you could tell she had good massage techniques, she really worked on the tension in my shoulders. If I was critical, I’d say that I had a full body massage booked and I didn’t get a bit of a head/scalp massage included which would have added to the final bit of relaxation. Had an amazing Sports Massage today. Michael is a great therapist who knows his muscle structure and how to work out aches from my recent HIIT sessions. Would 10/10 recommend a visit for anyone doing regular training! He even gave me advice on extra exercises to benefit some issues I’m having.

I had my first lymphatic drainage facial with Danielle and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and my skin was glowing after. I can’t wait to go back ☺️

Had a head-to-toe pregnancy massage and express facial by Jasmine. She was so lovely and talked me through what was going to happen and gave good aftercare. I felt very comfortable and the massage and facial made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The only thing I would say is they need sound proof rooms as I could hear a colleague boiling the kettle and people shouting in the bus shelter which wasn’t so relaxing. Would recommend!
