Most awful unprofessional experience I ever experienced getting my hair done, after removing the weave my hair was knot dreaded, another customer was getting serviced during my booked time, I was overcharged for a style I didn't even receive and then Courtney had the nerve the have a bad attitude on top of it. My friends and family will never be returning again. I wish her the best tho
Absolutely horrible experience!! I would never send any of my employees to this location again!! Absolutely greedy for money & very poor customer service!! Stylist arrive late, then overcharged me !Then decided to charge me a detangling fee, which I guess is not included in the wash!! I went from a $70 visit to $170 Which is a ridiculous increase!! I’ve been looking for an all natural salon who can work on my curls and I think I found it at Naturally Crowned. Cortney was very nice and professional. She understood everything I wanted when it came to my hair. With this being my first time coming I left her salon feeling good about my hair. My hair feels refreshed, clean and curly. I know she will definitely help me maintain the healthiness of my curls. I will be coming back and most likely have my daughter start her hair journey too.
I visited the shop on Friday, May 23, 2025, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was impeccable. My stylist, Lu Lu, did an amazing job with my small coils and deep protein treatment, along with a stylish cut. The atmosphere was wonderfully zen, creating a relaxing vibe that made the visit even more enjoyable.
