This salon truly saved my son’s hair! I can’t thank them enough for fitting us in after he got a really bad haircut elsewhere. They worked an absolute miracle saving his length and giving him the best haircut he’s ever had. His curls are thriving and look amazing! We’re so grateful and will definitely be back. ♂️
I made an appointment to come in two weeks prior, however, I had to cancel, which was still two weeks out of my appointment date. However, this business refuse to refund my deposit even though I cancel way ahead of time, it was very disappointing to lose money if though I cancel ahead of time. I will not be coming here!
Naturally Crowned Hair Studio has won me over since my first appointment. The quality of the work from the staff is unmatched, customer service is overly effective, and they cater to all parties. I would recommend anyone to visit Naturally Crowned Hair Studio for any of their hair needs!
Most awful unprofessional experience I ever experienced getting my hair done, after removing the weave my hair was knot dreaded, another customer was getting serviced during my booked time, I was overcharged for a style I didn't even receive and then Courtney had the nerve the have a bad attitude on top of it. My friends and family will never be returning again. I wish her the best tho
Absolutely horrible experience!! I would never send any of my employees to this location again!! Absolutely greedy for money & very poor customer service!! Stylist arrive late, then overcharged me !Then decided to charge me a detangling fee, which I guess is not included in the wash!! I went from a $70 visit to $170 Which is a ridiculous increase!!
