I've been with Marty and Gina for over two years and they have done an excellent job the entire time. Not just cleaning my pool but also advising me of necessary repairs while providing efficient and cost effective solutions.
BEWARE!!! Do not use this service. We had an issue with a leaking pipe right before the freeze in 2025 so they supposedly winterized our pool. Come to find out, they never removed the drain plug from the filter and now we have a huge crack in it. When I informed the owner that the tech never removed the drain plug, he told me that the plug was frozen and couldn't be removed (it was noted to be 49 degrees that day so it was not frozen). This is very bad pool service, we had them for 14 to 16 months and they cracked our coping while cleaning first two month of the service, we contact Gina with video and photo and she confirmed that they will contact us to have it fixed, but after 15 months 12 emails and 100 of calls they have still not fixed the issue and they stop pickup our phone calls as we keep asking for an update. I would not recommend this company.
After our long-time cleaner sold his business we tried several different companies but have been with Naturally Blue for about a year. While we've had a few minor issues as is likely with any service provider, but the difference is evident in how the provider responds to the problem. l've had several times when I've called with a question only to find the owner in our backyard a few hours later. We started our service with them after being referred by our neighbors down the street and we are VERY pleased with their services. They don't just stay for 20 mins and leave. The technicians spend time there (about an hour) as if it were their own pool; brushing the entire pool and making sure the chemistry is perfect. I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to our long term business with them! Highly recommended!!!
