This was my first time doing the colon hydrotherapy & juice cleanse together and my second time doing the colon hydrotherapy. You cannot go wrong with either option, I found them both to be incredibly cleansing. Brenda explains everything very thoroughly. She is open to all questions, and addresses any concerns you may have. Overall, great experience !
