Jamie is incredibly gifted at finding and working on knotted muscles while making it a very relaxing experience. She is very kind and professional and the atmosphere is very calming and cozy. I highly recommend doing a 90 minute session.

Very professional and skilled. I felt immediate relief from my back and shoulder pain and I think repeated appointments could give me long term relief.
