After a lengthy look around at may different flooring options, colors, styles, etc. I chose Winchester by Naturally Aged Flooring. It took approximately 2 months to arrive which was fine because it wasn't needed right away as we were in the midst of moving. After unboxing some planks I was really confused because the flooring did not look like the sample or like the one photo they had on their website. less than stellar customer support. first answer when asked about something is "sorry, can't help". after escalating to a supervisor, it becomes "let me look into it and i will call you back."...well after a month, its safe to say they're not looking into it. horrible.
