The products were defective, I ordered 4 pairs of the underwear and they were not as described. When I contacted them acted like they couldn't find my order even though I sent them the order number. I asked them for new products they said they couldn't. Then when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't issue one because something is wrong with the system but nothing is wrong for them to take payments???
