Would have been a 5 star had they stood behind their work. Initially sign looked great. In the winter portions of the sign don't illuminate. Dave is like "oh yeah that happens in the cold with that color" as if that's supposed to be common knowledge. Ok great Dave why didn't you tell me this when I ordered the sign? All the color backing started turning black after about a year and a half. He's like on yeah that happens with vinyl backing. Again as if I'm supposed to somehow know and expect this. I'm giving this place 2 stars because the owner Dave is a super nice guy but doesn't have the greatest business sense. I called up last Friday to see if they repair neon beer signs which Dave said he did so I brought my sign down to get an estimate. After having a great conversation with Dave he looked at my sign and said he didn't want to give me an estimate because I "wouldn't like the price" and also because "my money is better spent on my son."
