Recently took my 2 cousins for a spa day to celebrate our birthdays, and we absolutely fell in love with this place! The minute you step through the door you get that comforting feeling like everything is going to be ok. Everyone is so kind and loving and caring. We got 2-3 hrs of facials, back treatments, massage, etc. They gave us slippers and a robe to relax in their lounge. We even got little cakes and a charcuterie board with mimosas. Completely exceeded our expectations. We will be back! Thank you, everyone! :)
VanDe is a breath of fresh air! I have been hopping around from estheticians and spas trying to find the right fit, and I am so glad I found VanDe. My facial with her actually felt like a true spa experience, and her customer service is unmatched. The posiitives are this is a cute spa and the people are friendly. However, as someone who's had a lot of facials this is probably the worst i've had. Technique was not great (for instance dropping water in my eye and not blotting it), and I don't think the products were the best. As i was getting a back facial I noticed that not only did they not close the door to the treatment room, but the door to the hallway was also open. While they have a phone they don't answer it.
