Not answering their phone during normal business hours. I’ve left multiple voicemails across multiple days and tried multiple times each day. I’ve spoken with corporate who said they would also try to contact them, but they have also been unable to do so…
I wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I contacted this company for tick treatment services, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. It took about four weeks just to get the initial service scheduled, and even then, it only happened because we kept calling and following up almost every day. Have been with Naturalawn for a few years now for tick spraying and grub treatment. Pricing and service has always been great, and these days things are running seamlessly with monthly scheduling so I can just set autopay and trust we're being treated for ticks all season long. They're the only fully organic outfit in town, so it's good that they're a decent choice in themselves.
