All staff are polite, friendly, (yes, there’s a difference!) & knowledgeable about their services offered. The gentleman Dr. Columbia, who runs this practice is very laid back yet knows his trade. I’m very uneasy physically interacting with people I’m not familiar with but, didn’t think twice because he was easy to speak to. No bad vibes here at all. Plus, I felt better! My Husband and I have been seeing Dr.Julie Flynn for acupuncture therapy since February of 2020. Upon our first appointment, we knew we were in terrific hands. Not only is she thoroughly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to all organic, hollistic approaches to medicine, but she provides such a calm, soothing environment during the therapy sessiona. This is a very modern, inviting and exceptionally clean clinic. I have had tremendous health improvements from acupuncture and other treatments provided by Dr. Julie Flynn. Her professional care and effective treatment are well worth the travel from my Indiana home.
This place deserves 5 stars all around! I was so excited when I found out about this new addition to Louisville.
