Watched one of Richard's projects being erected from start to finish. It was really something to see as the log walls go up. They were fitted together like a super-sized construction kit.
They delivered only 63% of the material, with another 23% of unusable amount of junk. If they treat everyone like this, they will not have repeat customers. They have been unresponsive to me since. I will not do business with them again.
