Amazing vibes and great services
Renee the Hairdresser is wonderful as a hu.an and at her profession.
Professionalism is a serious concern. Called and made a same day appointment for 3:30pm arrived and waited 2 hours to still not have my service started. My time was not respected as a patron to this BLACK OWNED BUSINESS. It’s sad trying to support our own and continuously being disrespected by your own. Please keep in mind if you like “CLEAN” parts this is a NATURAL salon no combs or gels are used. Just finger parting and shea butter.
Was a rushed process Did not properly part my locs to get a specific style I requested Also asked multiple customers if they wanted the same exact style locs done and on top of charging full price
