I had the worst experience ever there. I don't remember the name of the woman that I had. But I called saying that I had dark hair and I wanted to dye it blonde. I showed up to the appointment a few days later and this lady asked me what I wanted and I told her like I told the woman on the phone that I wanted my hair blonde and a trim.
