This is our first year using Natural State Pool and Spa and we couldn't be happier. We called them out to open our pool and was devastated when it was green but they told us not to worry that everything was going to be okay. Not only did they turn our pool back to blue (yay) they also told us how that happens and now we know what to do differently for next year. After using this Company I have watched and personally witnessed the failure of this Company. And I would not have given them even 1 star but it made me! Service was as expected in the beginning. After installing our new liner (first 1 was measured wrong) and we had to wait for a second 1. The liner is now pulling away from pool. I have had nothing but problems after the opening this year. They provide amazing service! Kim maintains my hot tub on a regular basis for my short term rental and is always on schedule, does a fantastic job cleaning like it is her own and goes above and beyond to find ways for me to more accurately monitor my hot tub remotely. Guest safety and hot tub mechanical health is always top of mind - they know everything about hot tubs! I can call with any possible question and my call is always answered very quickly. Very nice and professional! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hot tub services. Our hot tub (came with newly purchased house) is pretty old and instead of nickel and diming us, they told us the truth and to not waste anymore money on it. Kudos to Nichole, Kim, and Bobby for being extremely courteous , helpful, and professional!
