I wanted to get this company on BBB but guess what!?!? Go anywhere else but here. The absolute worst service and pool company not only in Arkansas, but it would bet the entire United States. They don’t finish their work, can never get ahold of anyone, there alway “so busy” but never complete their work. Replaced our pump but never hooked up electrical, made nothing but excuses on why. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Scheduled an appt for hot tub service with them, and they were a no show. Called, and they claimed we weren’t on the schedule. Made another appt, and they didn’t show. After leaving multiple voicemails and texts, they called begging for another chance stating that “we wouldn’t regret it”. Against my better judgment we gave them a third chance and to no one’s surprise…..no show and did not return calls. HORRIBLE way to run a business, just so disappointing. This is our first year using Natural State Pool and Spa and we couldn't be happier. We called them out to open our pool and was devastated when it was green but they told us not to worry that everything was going to be okay. Not only did they turn our pool back to blue (yay) they also told us how that happens and now we know what to do differently for next year. After using this Company I have watched and personally witnessed the failure of this Company. And I would not have given them even 1 star but it made me! Service was as expected in the beginning. After installing our new liner (first 1 was measured wrong) and we had to wait for a second 1. The liner is now pulling away from pool. I have had nothing but problems after the opening this year.
