I booked an appointment with Anna and had such a great experience. She really took the time to listen to me and made the entire process feel comfortable and painless. I came in for facial balancing and made it clear that I wanted a natural look, not anything overdone and she completely understood. She thoroughly explained what she felt I needed and what I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. I felt heard, respected, and confident in her expertise. I will definitely be coming back to her in the future!
Had the best experience with Jessica, the np/injector, today! She was so kind and attentive and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Jessica is amazing! She is so knowledgeable spending lots of time answering any questions you might have, and super considerate by making you feel as comfortable as possible. Best of all is she is super gentle!!!
Chase has made such a huge improvement in my skin. She has gone above and beyond to guide me in treatments and in products and I'm so thankful that I've taken her advice and done what was recommended. I'm 64 and I just can't believe how good my skin looks. Now I'm someone who is pretty critical too so for me to say that, it's a big figgin deal. I normally wear sunscreen and little else.
