Every time I get my hair done, I leave feeling amazing. The staff is super supportive, smart, and educated about color, current trends, hair care at home, and any other questions I may have.. it is also a very compassionate and supportive community. I can’t imagine getting my haircut or color at any other place!
If you are looking for a down-to-earth salon with the most talented stylists, look no further than Natural State. Coette is an artist and an angel. She makes my hair look and feel amazing every.single.time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This salon prides itself on being inclusive but my experience has been quite the opposite with them. I had been a regular for several years and quite enjoyed the cuts I received, but I was constantly misgendered and never once offered a glass of wine despite being over the age of 21 the entire time I frequented the business. Took my curly haired 13yo daughter here for her first ever professional haircut. I’ve been straightening and trimming her hair myself for 10 years because I have no idea how to care for curly hair. Olivia did an amazing job with the cut that my daughter wanted, retrained her curls, and educated us on how to properly care for her hair.
