I had a truly horrible experience at this spa. The front desk staff had an incredibly rude and unwelcoming attitude honestly, very dismissive and downright unprofessional. Instead of creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, she came across with a negative, almost bitchy attitude that made the entire visit uncomfortable. The facility was clean and nice but omg. The massage was soooo rough. My shoulders are killing me and I’m now I’m in pain. I don’t remember ever asking for deep tissue.
Lily was the best! She helped me with the pain in my arm due to my frozen shoulder.
