I went for a nice massage … the next day I can’t move my neck … I feel like I have a knife stuck on my neck…I’ve been like this for 3 days now

I had a truly horrible experience at this spa. The front desk staff had an incredibly rude and unwelcoming attitude honestly, very dismissive and downright unprofessional. Instead of creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, she came across with a negative, almost bitchy attitude that made the entire visit uncomfortable.
