Very upsetting experience for my daughter. She had been before and went well so no hesitation when I booked her again for highlights and a cut. Same stylist but she told my daughter she needed a full colour and cut and upsold without sharing what the cost would be and as a teenager she felt cornered, the stylist asked why she didn’t book with her at her home as it would be cheaper and she would do it for cash… she came home very upset and over $250 charged, I made contact with the manager who told me that was what my daughte... read more
I’ve never had a complaint here because I always goto wendy but this time not happy at all. Got my eyebrows waxed and I’m extremely ticked off to say the least.
Went in for a hair cut and color . I was asssigned to Stephanie and she did an amazing job . She listened patiently to my needs , and took care of me the whole time . She is very sweet and did great work with my hair . I totally loved the outcome . She styled my hair so well and I ended up feeling great ,with soft and well styled hair .
