Had my haircut and styled by Marika a couple weeks ago. She was so kind and did and amazing job. From the wash, to the cut, to the blow out style, everything was perfect. First time I haven’t shed a tear after a haircut in a very long time!

The new receptionist is super rude and has no customer service etiquette. Not racially profiling but she's the one who is a bit darker skinned tone and has short black hair. Please learn to have manners with customers.

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Marika. Marika assessed my hair needs and was very gentle with my 4c natural hair. She was professional and I loved the final look. It's also great to know there are stylists that specialize in Black hair at Natural Solutions, this can sometimes be hard to come by in the Niagara region.
