I went to Dr. Robinson about 4 years ago hoping that she could help me get off my acid reflux medicine. She suggested a gluten free diet and cleanse. As a result, I was able to get off the medicine and I also lost 30 pounds, which was a great bonus. Since then I’ve been working out at the gym and taking protein vegetable shakes 4-5 mornings a week, riding bikes or golfing on weekends, and keeping the weight off and the acid reflux under control.
