I’ve been going weekly to Natural Solutons Acpuncture weekly for the past six weeks. I’ve seen three different practitioners due to changes in my schedule and each one has been fantastic. Service has always been on time, warm and friendly. Dana the receptionist is great too. Highly recommend
This is long overdue - my review is based on my experience last year in February. Bubs head was breach and wanted to get acupuncture done, I called to get an urgent appointment and was luckily squeezed in for the 11:30am appointment. However, upon arriving there I did not get attended to by 12:15pm because I realised the therapist had squeezed in another client before me 🙄 Super unprofessional and disregard to customers time! I could see all they cared about is $$ and not professionalism- hence never went back.
The practitioner that treated me is Sadika. Every time I walk in I will be in pain and frustrated but after finish treatment I will feel relax and less pain. She is not only good with needle but she also have good hands ( massage) even I know my pain is there but after every treatment I will just forget that it even there . Thank you so much
I have suffered from chronic pain (due to a neuroma) in my legs for 5 years and more recently in my hips. It impinged on my work and personal life and limited my mobility at times. I have tried many other treatment plans, which have only temporarily helped. I was quite wary of acupuncture; however, Sadika was calm, caring, and above all else, a true professional! I was trying to conceive since some time. I started fertility accupunture sessions with Dr I-Li which helped me manage my stress levels. I did concieve 4 weeks into the sessions. Not sure if it helped with conceiving but it was really helpful in managing my work stress ❤️ Dr I-Li is so warm and welcoming❤️❤️
