I recently visited on July 16th for a balayage treatment. Initially, I was quoted $400, which was out of my budget. Less than a star! .Im taking this to my buddy at CP24 .What an incredible opportunity for growth and kindness! I took my wife to get a wash and blow dry to uplift her spirits as she faces daily challenges in her wheelchair.
