I've got the worst warranty service ever to replace a faulty inverter by a new one provided under warranty by Solar Edge. Because I was not the owner of the solar system prior moving to my property, Natural Solar tried to make me think first that their workmanship was expired, as the installers of the system. Horrible customer service. Goodluck getting to speak to anyone outside of sales. We are currently navigating the SECOND time our intverter has failed in 24 months. The first time it took ~3 months and numerous phonecalls and follow-ups to get it replaced (including having to go through the sales team just to get someone to answer the phone!), and because the unit sat uncharged for so long two of the battery cells also needed to be replaced. so disappointing we have spent over 90,000,00 with them and my office court fire and they will not come back and fix it and my other property has been two years and they will not come back and fix it under warranty.
DO NOT waste your money on this company. My husband spent over $35,000 on a solar system in Bentleigh East on 14 September 2025, and it has not worked since day one. A few days ago, they replaced the battery under warranty—and it still doesn’t work. Despite this ongoing failure, they haven’t even bothered to send a technician on-site. Very poor after-sales support. My Tesla battery was installed just four months ago, and after reporting an issue two weeks ago, I have received little to no meaningful response. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and I can no longer even get through by phone or leave a message, which is extremely concerning for a company responsible for a system of this value.
