UPDATE: No correspondence after trying to contact them multiple times regarding my Tesla Powerwall 2 which completely stopped operating. I was told by an engineer that most solar start ups were just taking advantage of the Government rebate. I guess it explains why they were so competitive with their quote at the time of installation. My father spent tens of thousands of dollars on solar and 2 batteries (Tesla). I need to get a technician out and the frontline staff do not answer phones, organise technicians as requested in email, or escalate issues to the manager as requested for resolution. I would say the frontline staff on phones and tech support need to be sacked, or the other view is this is a deliberate move by this company. I have put this review up to warn potential customers. Poor after-sales / warranty support. Purchased a system in 2024. It took over two months for them to properly configure the system for power exporting despite numerous calls and emails. Two years on, I have a hardware fault and, despite having one of their subcontractors assess it and deem it an Enphase manufacturer's warranty claim, nobody at Natural Solar is interested in helping me properly resolve the issue.
Avoid they are painfull to deal with when things don't go their way they will ghost you Truly unprofessional
I've had to change my review of this company due to non existent after sales service. The original purchase and install process was fine, however a fault has been identified where two undersized circuit breakers were installed and an existing 6mm cable not upgraded. This causes a breaker to trip and cable overheat when our A/C is run on battery power or batteries charge up via the grid. Apart from being a nuisance it is a potential fire hazard.
