Won't provide necessary documents once installation is complete. We have used Natural solar twice. Quality panels and battery and very happy with the product, but after 6 months of installation they still have not provided the necessary documents required despite numerous calls and emails. This means we can't get credits for power going into the grid. It is costing us money.
I've had to change my review of this company due to non existent after sales service. The original purchase and install process was fine, however a fault has been identified where two undersized circuit breakers were installed. This causes them to trip when our A/C is run on battery power or batteries charge up via the grid. I identified the issue with an electrician and Tesla specs then contacted Natural Solar who raised a ticket. A technician was due to attend in week after the ticket was raised. Crickets. Original review December 2025. Updated June 2026. Repeat customer x4 installations. First 2 installations (between 2017 - 2025) were uneventful. Third was a bit of a pain with the number of emails back and forth requesting more information about my wall, location of switchboard, number of centimeters from A to B as nobody attended my site to inspect prior to install. Worst customer service ever
It’s a shame they don’t support existing customers. Had issues with my Powerwall 3 setup and refusing to see this as a priority. Very poor service. Not recommend using these guys.
