I was recommended to Natural Solar by my neighbour and when I first contacted them to enquire about a battery for my solar I first spoke to Alan Bailey who I found to be a very personable and knowledgeable representative of the company. He talked me through the whole process and sent me a quote for the supply and install and all the necessary paperwork required to complete the purchase. My original Tesla Powerwall 2 was installed 2 years ago by Natural Solar; they did an excellent job, from quote through to installation and after sales service. Rupern helped me with adding a second Powerwall 2 to my system, and again they were outstanding. I have had zero issues with either battery and am very very happy with Natural Solar.

I have always had an absolutely wonderful experience with Natural Solar in all my dealings with them. This has been with previous Powerwall 2 battery installations, a new 10.45kW/h, 22 solar panel system installed at the end of 2024, including a new solar inverter, and most recently another Powerwall 2 battery addition, that the salesman at Natural Solar did a really terrific job with, in securing me one of the final Powerwall 2s available in Australia that was then installed at the end of July 2025.
