Installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery with Natural Solar and found the overall experience very good. The sales team were great at explaining the process, cost was very competitive and installation went through seamlessly on the day. After sales support has been great too, they are very proactive and answer calls / emails promptly.
There communication is a disgrace and they don’t tell u everything and u can be caught out. They r pushing unable to communicate properly..they just want ur money…. If anybody wants to use them I’d say be careful… I’ll never use them again and do ur research. My rating out of 5 is -5….
Post sales support is non existent. Call the support phone number, Noone answers. Emails are ignored. The only way to get someone on the phone is to select the option for sales instead.
Edit: I had a recent issue where our battery stopped working. Alan and Kai escalated the issue to Tesla, and a new battery was sent out. The installers, Josh and Kain, were great and swapped the battery in no time at all. Amazing service and support all round! Edit: Had an issue recently with the battery and Alan and Zee sorted it out in less than a day with Zee escalating the issue and getting it resolved with Tesla. Great support! The transition from start to finish was smooth. The installer came on time and finished the job with no hassles and left the place clean. Would highly recommend Natural Solar to anyone who needs a battery installed
