Absolutely terrible and we will not ever ship for them again. 15 hours to get loaded . 12/14 hours and day shift didn’t even load but 6 trucks. Night shift however, that female rocked the entire day and night shift. She is so only professional and extremely proficient in her duties, she had 6 trucks in and out before her lunch break in the first 4 hours , no problems. She alone is 10 stars. Wish they had more pavement, Rather then MUDD
Disgusting warehouse. Terrible staff. They are clearly offended by life. I arrived for shipment, the trailer was dirty, they didn’t load me, they said not today. Go wash the trailer. The next day I arrived with a clean trailer, no one even looked and made sure that my trailer was really clean, they just kicked me out of the base. At the same time, the base itself is disgustingly dirty around the loading area, there is little space for parking and turning around, all the drivers stand in line waiting for loading.
