Honestly, I was a little worried because I saw some bad reviews about this place. But my experience was the complete opposite. The people here were super professional, loaded me up really fast, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. The only thing they asked was to make sure the trailer was clean – no trash inside. Other than that, everything went smooth. Way better than I expected!
avoid this place at all costs they found a piece of plastic and said it was glass n rejected my trlr after waiting for 4 hours to get loaded it’s just not my review read others as drivers let’s boycott these warehouses that cut our rates n act like if they are who make this industry “ who delivered it trucks who pick it up trucks”
Worst shipper experience ever – complete scam. They require you to show up with an empty scale ticket (or pay to use the scale next door). Because they going to put 45,000 lbs + on your trailer. Then your trailer has to be spotless or they’ll reject it and force you to get a washout. If you leave to do that, they won’t load you the same day. Receiving was friendly. Process was simple enough. Check-in on tablet. Overnight parking. Enough room to back in. Scale located behind place but operating hours are 8a-5p. You do have to show empty scale ticket.
Crazy people work here. They rejected my trailer because of the glass on the floor. When I asked them to show me where they found the glass, they couldn't do it. They said the trailer was rejected and this is not discussed. I spent 3 hours to get here, also made a weight ticket at their request. If you're obsessed with cleanliness, use your own trailers, or explain to the broker what you want from the driver. I do not advise you to take loads here.
