Receiving was friendly. Process was simple enough. Check-in on tablet. Overnight parking. Enough room to back in. Scale located behind place but operating hours are 8a-5p. You do have to show empty scale ticket.
Crazy people work here. They rejected my trailer because of the glass on the floor. When I asked them to show me where they found the glass, they couldn't do it. They said the trailer was rejected and this is not discussed. I spent 3 hours to get here, also made a weight ticket at their request. If you're obsessed with cleanliness, use your own trailers, or explain to the broker what you want from the driver. I do not advise you to take loads here.

0- out of 10 Worst Shippers ever, rejected trl twice, it was clean, washed again, and came again to this place, and he saw little glass or stone, and employee rejected again, guess what ? It’s a freaking soda on pallets!!! Don’t ever go to this guys!!! I don’t even wanna leave a star( sad.
