This happened a couple of years ago but I was encouraged to share. Took my 6-year old son to see Dr Wong. Dr Wong was impatient and not kid-friendly - cold, judgemental, lacking empathy. He accused my son of having bad manners, as my son is simply a bit shy. My mother was with me and she agrees he was very unfriendly and we have since found a new dentist.
Dr Wong is an expert with directing children's faces to true genetic potential and treat crooked teeth naturally .
Dr Wong is very friendly. Highly recommended for starting early orthodontic treatment
Dr. Wong works at two practices and my experience with him is being shared. Would have to have been the worst experience I have ever had in a medical practice. I called and spoke to a receptionist who advised me that the doctor was able to perform a treatment. When I arrived I waited over an hour past my appointment time. The orthodonsist spoke to me in such a horrible condescending way that I regret not getting up and leaving at that moment. Mind you, he did not apologise for being over an hour late.
