We were very impressed with the entire team at Natural Smiles. My husband and I were referred to this practice, and we both had a great experience. The office staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. Both the dentist and hygienist were warm and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Scheduling was easy, and we appreciated the helpful reminders. Overall, we are very pleased and highly recommend Natural Smiles!
Our family has been going to Natural Smiles for a couple of years now and the experience has been great. Lindsay, who handles appointments and billing, is top notch. She goes out of her way to help and is an amazing communicator. Dr Nadimpali has been terrific, too. My son had to have a badly chipped front tooth repaired first temporarily and then later with a crown. She's helped us figure out the best options each time and executed them with care. The hygienists are thorough and pleasant, too.
Our whole family loves Natural Smiles, from the front door to the back rooms everything is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Dr. Nadimpalli is the best dentist I have had in my entire life and having moved around, that’s not a small number! We are new patients here. My son was told he needed a crown by a different dentist. Not only did he not, but Natural Smiles helped him get everything he did actually need. They have now treated my son, my wife and me. Provided us with orthodontic information. Lindsay (the receptionist) incredibly nice and outstandingly efficient. I HIGHLY recommend Natural Smiles!
Dr Nadimpalli is one of the nicest dentists I"e ever been to. She is gentle, takes the time to explain to you about all options and procedures, virtually painless, and does things in the proper order, in the proper way so that you have the best outcome possible. If you are looking for a great dentist. who is thoughtful, well educated, knowledgeable, kind, won't waste your time, and answers all of your questions. She is the dentist for you.
