My interactions with this salon were through Miriam only. I purchased what I thought was a deal! 2 1-hour facials for $84, from Groupon. I had my first experience at the salon on August 14, 2024. That day, I was less than impressed. The salon is fair, in terms of ambiance. The service was not good. Was my first ever facial and I went in expecting a mediocre facial. Came out feeling like a new person, it was amazing!
I was trying to buy the special that I saw on Groupon Two for one 60-minute facial, thinking it was for two people. I tried calling the store several times and each time I got the voicemail. I finally sent her a email asking about my Groupon and she finally called me back like 30 or 40 minutes later. She said that the Groupon that I purchased was for one person and if I wanted to purchase another for my friend I would have to do it in the store or through the website and that she only had one time available which was an hour... read more
