Natural Scapes was great to work with! They have a skilled and friendly team, and our project turned out beautifully.
I cannot comment on the quality of their services because they did not attend our scheduled appointment. We had a phone consultation approximately one week beforehand, and Hannah personally confirmed the appointment the day prior. When no one arrived at the scheduled time, I attempted to contact them by phone and text. Only after I reached out did I receive a call informing me that they would be unable to make the appointment. I tried to share a video but wouldn’t let me. Hard to see the total transformation in pics but, suffice it to say that Natural Scapes totally transformed our very difficult sloped landscape. We used another co in the past - they planted and left! Natural Scapes was there every step of the way. Their professionalism and service were TOP NOTCH!! I will always recommend Natural Scapes to anyone looking for a conscientious company that truly cares about their work and their clients. We are eternally grateful! Heather n Hans
What a refreshingly wonderful experience to work with Natural Scapes! Tom, Hannah and team really listened to what I was wanting for my wooded back yard, and designed a patio with fire pit that is beautiful and blends wonderfully with the woods, as well as creating a plantings plan to compliment the new space. There are extremely well-organized, excellent communicators, and just down-to-earth, good people!
