I cannot comment on the quality of their services because they did not attend our scheduled appointment. We had a phone consultation approximately one week beforehand, and Hannah personally confirmed the appointment the day prior. When no one arrived at the scheduled time, I attempted to contact them by phone and text. Only after I reached out did I receive a call informing me that they would be unable to make the appointment. This was a very big landscaping project to address erosion on hillsides and drainage issues in front and side yards. From Hannah who I first met with and who kept me informed throughout the project, to Bella who came up with an awesome landscaping plan and even provided a document on plant/tree upkeep, and Andrew, Liam and their team of workers who diligently did the plantings, moved rocks, and installed a drip irrigation system, everyone was a joy to work with. I tried to share a video but wouldn’t let me. Hard to see the total transformation in pics but, suffice it to say that Natural Scapes totally transformed our very difficult sloped landscape. We used another co in the past - they planted and left! Natural Scapes was there every step of the way. Their professionalism and service were TOP NOTCH!! What a refreshingly wonderful experience to work with Natural Scapes! Tom, Hannah and team really listened to what I was wanting for my wooded back yard, and designed a patio with fire pit that is beautiful and blends wonderfully with the woods, as well as creating a plantings plan to compliment the new space. There are extremely well-organized, excellent communicators, and just down-to-earth, good people!
I recently had a project completed by Natural Scapes, based in Asheville. I want to say they did an amazing job. I was happy from the start. They communicated effectively, showed up when they said they would, and the crew always left the jobsite clean at the end of the workday.
