Karl was fantastic from start to finish. Before my consultation I was hesitant if SMP was for me but all my questions and concerns were answered, there was no pressure and one of best decisions I have made. 5 star service. I can not stress how happy I am with my hair micropigmentation procedure. I have a full head of follicles which looks 100 percent natural. I did a lot of research onto where to go and who to pick and I can gladly say Karl did a perfect job on my scalp. I can not recommend him enough from initial contact, consultation down to the procedure.
