Natural Retreats took over Seaside Getaways sometime after the summer of 2015. I was surprised to see the hometown Beaufort, SC. folks including Greta Maddox and her team were replaced by a call center in Charlottesville, VA. In my opinion, with the acquisition, died the customer service, responsiveness, and expectations for fair business negotiations. The slow responses are documented in email exchange.
