I booked one of their properties on Airbnb for a good deal and then received a cancellation 4 days later. Apparently their account was compromised but there was no offer of discount or an alternative stay. Not very personable.
Natural Retreats ruins Christmas. This agency left our group hanging on our upcoming ski trip to Big Sky around Christmas. Based on their reputation as a trusted agency, we booked a house for our large group in August 2025. Aware that our vacation dates were peak season, we made sure to book early. Natural Retreats calls itself a “luxury" travel service but it’s a sham. We booked a large ski home in early August for 4 families over Christmas week. The homeowner went into contract to sell in late August — yet Natural Retreats said nothing until mid-October, when they abruptly cancelled our trip.
