Have been going to this location off and on for years. The customer service is completely awful now. Went in for massage today. I told the gentleman I wanted my neck worked on. He didnt even get to my neck until the last minute. The worst part was the customer beside me had his cell phone alarm going off almost my entire massage. I asked them to tell him to turn it off and they looked at me like I was crazy. Yesterday im the last person they say pay first I say ok they tell me tip I say $5 they say more I did $7 because I really need to get a masage so when he start he do slowly and he doinig by one hand I tell hem I say please can you do hard then he say your tip is small you have to give me more then I said no and I left for nothing they charge me $48.50 for 30 minutes
Most of the people here to do massages are pretty good. Some can use too much pressure but the price is pretty cheap here. Just be sure to speak up and let them know and you should have a pretty good experience
