The store has high quality products and beautiful window merchandising that drew me in. However I had a very strange interaction with the lady. When I asked about their collagen powder options, I was met with resistance in explaining what the product does, how to take it, and the price—unless I was in verbatim “intending to purchase.” This was while I was already completing a repeat purchase of immunity supplements at the register.
