Took my daughter in for her first appointment. Tabatha at the front was very rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment at 1:30. She changed it to 11:30 then 10:50, I agreed on 10:50am. Then she wanted to change it to 10:15 I said no. Then she called back the next day to do 11:15 . I also said no because I made this appointment to work with my schedule and I had to try to rearrange my work each time she tried to change my appointment time. Excellent experience! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Loryn was so incredible and really made me feel heard. You can tell she really really cares about your health and well-being. I have never felt so comfortable in a dr office before. Very affordable too! Thankful I have an incredible place to go for exceptional care.
So very thankful for Natural primary care! My toddler has been through it lately and is typically not a happy boy when he goes to his appointments. Everyone there is so kind and patient with him. They do all they can to comfort my baby. Front office staff is equally as kind and helpful, even offering to help me take my things to the car when I clearly have my hands full. Places like this truly make all the difference!! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
