I went somewhere else for my first permanent eyeliner in February of 2015 with a gal near Westport. DON'T! Just go straight to LANETTE at Natural Permanent Cosmetics. Here's what happened to me prior to meeting Lanette: At the first place, I had two color choices for upper and lower eyeliner. Black and brown. I chose brown because I've never worn much liner. Lanette has done my permanent eyeliner twice in 10 years. She is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone!!
