My experience with Natural Painting has been amazing. I own a business, and I've worked with several contractors. Carlos and his crew are by far the best I've worked with. Carlos is super communicative and responsive. They are clean and efficient, as well. I plan to use Carlos for any future work!
My partner made an appointment with Carlos for last Thursday and he never showed up. They rescheduled for today and he did not show up again. We called after he was 35 minutes late and did not get an answer. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
We've not met Carlos in person; he was recommended by our real estate agent (and we haven't met her either, because we are out-of-state). We're glad Sarah Whitefield put us in touch with him, because he has done everything we asked him to. He even went above and beyond when a vendor sent something to the house before we were there: Carlos took the delivery and put it safely inside for us. Carlos was a pleasure to work with. His team of painters did a great job and finished sooner then expected! I would totally use them again for painting.
