I’ve been a long-time customer of this salon, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. I came in for a simple shellac polish (no manicure, as I had already done my own cuticles and shaping). I brought a reference photo for the color I wanted, but was told to “just pick a color.” When I chose a sheer pink, I was then told they didn’t have anything like it, so I had to settle for a different shade. First time here and I will be only coming back here, the quality and care is top notch. Did not feel rushed like most other places!
Simply wonderful place and staff. I’ve been going for a few years now. My dip manicure and shellac pedicure are perfect every time!
Love this salon been going there for many years they did my wedding in 2012 very welcoming I honestly feel like family ! After so many years They know what I desire , I don’t have to explain myself all i need to do is show up ! I would never leave them and hope they successfully continue business in Alderwood for many years to come.
