I had a great experience the first time. I just walked in . They were able to take me right away. My nail tech was Lena. She did an AMAZING Job on my nails. This one was the best service I been so far. Clean salon and professional staff. Definitely will go back again and will recommend for my friends.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! This place does not care about you in the slightest! I called to make an appointment and I took 5 min longer than I should have and they closed on me!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! I literally ran I was only 5 min late and they closed on me! THEY CLOSED TWO HOURS EARLY!!! they advertise they are open till 7 and they closed at 5, unbelievable!!! It doesn’t surprise me that they have no clientele considering how they treat people! Don’t go there!! DON’T GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS!!

They services are fine but very wrong attitude towards customers. They really need to get it no one get services for free we pay full price plus the tips . At the end they expect you especially me to finish up my eyebrows or clean it as they have another client . I do feel the discrimination. I have given them multiple chances and even voiced out my concern but looks like it’s the end of my business with them. I really wish they treat all their customers with respect .
