I bled on my hand cuticle 3 times, though it was small but it still hurt a lot. The shape was not even same it was bumpy. I asked for dots and it wasn’t even what I asked for. Various polka dot sizes and it looked horrible. I asked for it longer and the lady said it would look good so she cut it shorter. For my pedicure it was decent. Seems like solid colour is the only thing they can do and it was still bumpy. Don’t ever go here.
Pretty upset went to get my brows done (just a touch up and tint) I explained not a RESHAPE they are now thin and two different shapes
I went here a couple of weeks ago and it was fine for a basic gel colour on toenails and finger nails (natural nails). Today I went back and got the gel removed from my finger nails and asked for clear gel with chrome on top (which is quite simple) and I wanted almond shaped nails. The nail technician first shaped them square and when I repeated almond and showed her a picture she did round, I couldn’t be bothered and said it was fine. Absolutely horrible exsprience, the sign said out the front $40 pedicure ended up being charged $68. I asked for a specific colour and the lady told me that it wouldn't suit me so I picked out another one. She told me I had a ingrown toenail which she pulled out and placed it on my leg with a scrunched up face. I had to go get extra money off my partner because I only had $50 and she chased me around the corner yelling at me. Never again. Crazy exsprience Plus look at the big sharp piece of who knows what on my big toe.
I have seen many negative reviews and it makes me wonder as I've been a customer ever since it opened and I have had nothing but good service & excellent care. The girls are mainly Hmong and they speak their own language to each other (which is not rude just normal) but are happy for a chat in English. Their work is of a good standard, only had one incident in over 10 years & that was the fault of a new polish brand which they then discontinued.
