Last three times I've been in here I've had at least two technicians having to tend to my pedicures. Two of those times was with an appointment and this last time I left with three technicians trying to scramble to get my pedicure done as a walk-in. I was the lesser priority because I asked for regular polish- a low dollar service, as well as being a walk-in. Definitely not feeling any appreciation for being a walk-in. I had been going to natural nails to get pedicures and gel manicures. Last time I went, the older woman was doing my nails and complained the whole time about how short my nails are. I prefer short nails. I have been to many many nail salons and she is the only one that complained to me the whole time. It was not a good experience. I will not go back.
Finally found a nail salon that actually seems to enjoy their clients! Its got a mom n pop vibe but is run by their children, who employ their parents! Hiel did my service today and was very good at just the right amount of cuticle trim and nail shaping. Their prices are very reasonable too, the menu simple so that you are not trying to figure out the best deal. You dont have to cuz they're all great options. There was no judgement for regular polish or shellac and thankfully, they don't care either way. I will be back here ... read more
I’ve been going to Natural Nails in Hillsboro for over 3 years, and I can honestly say they are the best! The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and consistently does amazing work. Every visit feels relaxing, and I always leave loving my nails. They truly pay attention to detail and take pride in what they do, which makes such a difference. It’s rare to find a place that is this consistent and genuinely cares about their clients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!
