Dr. Ravello is very thorough and informative. She makes sure that you have an understanding of all the tests and her plans of treatment. I have seen a lot of improvement with my acne. Still have a long ways to go but very thankful for Dr. Ravello and her staff.
We booked an appointment and received our service for a blood panel . We Never received the results for over a year , Called nonstop, sent emails and literally got no response . It did not leave the best taste in our mouth to have spent the money we did for no reason .
I am very pleased to finally have a doctor and staff that get straight to the source of what's going on with my health. The doctor is so knowledgeable and right on point with the diagnosis and treatment plan to get me on track. The staff is also amazing. I finally feel cared for and I know I'm in the right hands. Do not go here!!! I took a 2 hour flight/plus hotel to this establishment and was scammed for 5K for labs. I ended up getting labs from this place that the doctor recommended and she charged me 5K. She didn’t help me after I received my labs like she promised, then when I requested my labs, they emailed me only a couple things. I also scheduled a conference call and she was 1 hour late and never followed back up like she said.
