My husband and I absolutely love our new mattress from Natural Mattress Heaven in Ashland, Oregon. Owners Steve and Montira are knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with. We needed to adjust the firmness of our mattress and they came over and changed it for us free of charge. Truly small town service with great people!
This is an excellent place to find a natural mattress. Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and interesting to talk with. He has developed a line of high-quality natural mattresses. Many good choices for individual needs. He and his nice wife, Montira, delivered our mattress and later made an extra trip to add more padding. Our sincere thanks to them for their help and kindness. We a quite pleased with our new bed which is a perfect balance of comfort and support. And we are grateful for such a good night's rest!
Recently bought our king mattress from here with custom softness on each side. One side is firmer for me the other is softer for my spouse. The service and selection experience was outstanding. It's been a few weeks now and it's the best bed we've ever had. Can't wait to crawl in it every night. Thank you Steve for creating such a thoughtful and quality product. Highly recommended!!!
OMG! Loving the Forget Me Not mattress from Natural Mattress Heaven! When it comes to mattresses, I'm the Princess and the Pea, but this is a really beautiful product. We lost our home in the Los Angeles fires, so sleeping on the Forget Me Not is bringing me my first sense of joy and I'm deeply deeply grateful for that. Steve is passionate about the technology of his mattresses and it reflects in the quality of the product and the service he offers. Steve and Montira were patient with us coming to our home to adjust the firmness of the mattress a couple of times. We now love our very comfortable mattress!
