Montira and Steve were very helpful as we visited the store (twice) and tried each of the bed options and firmnesses several times. We gave this purchase a lot of thought and researched other options, and we concluded that our choice was the best value out there. We love that our mattress is all organic. We love how it feels. I'm lovin my new all natural mattress from Steve and Montira! I got the Jasmine Soft Queen. Their showroom is beautiful and clean, they take time to help you find the right bed for you. It was like a Goldilocks experience for sure! Then, they come and set it up for you. They have a great warranty, and excellent local service. I'm glad I didn't order online now!
My husband and I absolutely love our new mattress from Natural Mattress Heaven in Ashland, Oregon. Owners Steve and Montira are knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with. We needed to adjust the firmness of our mattress and they came over and changed it for us free of charge. Truly small town service with great people!
My first visit to the store, I received a crash course on mattresses. I had the opportunity to test the mattresses and ended up purchasing on. Best mattress ever! I’ve been sleeping on it for over 3 months and I’ve not had 1 bad night’s sleep. It’s the best mattress I’ve ever slept on!
