Steven was particularly accommodating putting together my order while I was in quarantine at home. Great service.
They are so very helpful and dependable for the local elderly residents. I have put in my online order in for my mom during the quarantine and they delivered reasonably quickly. I recommend you shop local especially here.

Until this store learns to treat all customers with dignity and respect, I can no longer support this establishment. An issue was brought to the store’s attention on this board, and whoever responded on behalf of the store, dismissed it.

Natural Market has a great selection and service. They were able to fulfill my order and make adjustments to last minute request. Special shoutout to Steven for his hard work and making this a positive experience during more stressful times.

Terrible costumer service. Ordered groceries on 4/2 for a delivery on 4/12. My parents have been waiting and relying on the delivery. They cancelled last min. with an email not even a call of explanation. Leaving the most vulnerable left with nothing.
